Operator Status: The App is currently operated by its founders, without a registered legal entity. Upon establishment of a legal entity, this information will be updated in these Terms.
2. Service Description
The App provides general information and tools for climbing, including but not limited to:

Identification of climbing routes using photos.

Display of routes, crags, access paths, difficulty grades, and warnings.

General navigation and guidance.
Note: The App does not constitute professional advice and does not replace independent judgment, certified guidance, or on-site verification.
3. Accuracy and Source of Information
Information in the App may originate from user-submitted content, automated processing (including image recognition), or data that may not be current. Consequently:

Errors, omissions, or inaccuracies may occur.

Crags, routes, or paths may be misidentified.
-
Information may not reflect real-time conditions.

No Warranty: The operator makes no warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or currency of the information.
4. Safety Disclaimer
The First Bolt App provides general information for guidance purposes only.

Errors may occur in route and crag identification.

Navigation or information may be incomplete or incorrect.
-
Users may attempt climbing in areas prohibited by law or authorities.

Terrain and weather conditions may change without notice.

There is risk of falling rocks and hazardous access to crags.

Climbing and using information from the App is at the user’s own risk. Users must verify all routes on-site, exercise independent judgment, and prepare accordingly with proper equipment, knowledge, and experience.
5. Risks and Personal Responsibility
Rock climbing and outdoor activities are inherently dangerous, involving risks such as falling, falling rocks, hazardous access, and changing weather conditions.

No Risk Reduction: Use of the App does not reduce any inherent risk.

User Responsibility: The user is solely responsible for verifying actual conditions on-site, ensuring legal access, exercising independent judgment, and using appropriate equipment and experience.
6. User-Generated Content (UGC)
The App allows users to upload, edit, and share content. By submitting content, you agree that:

Usage Rights: All content may be used freely by the App for any lawful purpose, including processing, editing, display, distribution, and commercial use.

No Compensation: You are not entitled to any compensation or royalty for your content.

Responsibility: You are solely responsible for ensuring your content does not infringe on third-party rights.

Moderation: The operator reserves the right to remove content, suspend users, or restrict access at its sole discretion without notice.
7. Conduct and Use Restrictions
Users must not engage in conduct that harms the App, including:

Unauthorized access, hacking, or tampering.

Automated use (bots, scraping) or third-party software to access data.

Unapproved commercial use.
